Regardless of what any of us have been through, I believe that people possess the innate wisdom and ability they need to help guide them in their particular healing journey. My approach is to meet you wherever you may be in that journey, and support you through a combination of empathy, conversation, tools, and as much (or as little) structure as you need to help you make sense of whatever you’re going through.
A GENUINE APPROACH
Everyone walks this earth with their own stories and histories and perspectives. Getting to know people and hear those stories, as a counsellor, is an honour and a gift. I hope you’ll feel comfortable being yourself when you’re in session, because that’s what you can expect from me. Genuineness and trustworthiness are key to my approach.
